"Sweet Tooth" 10x8 in., acrylic on matboard 2008.
This started out as just a scrap of matboard, and a test run with my Iwata Custom Micron airbrush. The Custom Micron hadn't been working right (I haven't used it at all for many many months) but I did some troubleshooting and I have it working 100% again. For those of you who don't know, a Custom Micron is a VERY precision instrument, and they cost 3x more than most airbrushes. Anyway, the painting features Jaime Hammer, who is quickly becoming one of my favorite models. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
